I care less about having the most gear and more about knowing how to use what I have.
01 · Camera
Canon
EOS RP.
This is the camera I reach for when I want to slow down and pay attention. I use it for landscapes, travel, portraits and the smaller details that give a place its character.
- Full-frame
- Mirrorless camera
- RF mount
- A growing lens system
- Photo-first
- Natural colour and detail
Aerial
When the ground-level view isn’t enough.
02 · Camera drone
DJI Mini 2
Small enough to bring with me, but capable of opening up an entire landscape. I use it for aerial stills, establishing shots and a clearer sense of place.
- Portable
- 4K aerial video
- Landscape perspective
03 · FPV
Custom 5-inch FPV
Built for movement rather than hovering. FPV lets me fly close to the environment and create fast, immersive shots that feel completely different from a traditional camera drone.
- Custom built
- 6S power
- Immersive motion
04 · Infrastructure
I host the work, too.
I built and maintain my own Unraid server for storage, applications and this portfolio. Working with Docker, networking and backups has taught me how the technical side supports the creative work.
- Unraid
- Storage and system management
- Docker
- Self-hosted applications
- Private cloud
- Files, media and backups
The workflow
Different tools.
One connected process.
Capture
I choose the camera around the story, the location and the movement the shot needs.
Refine
I review and edit carefully, keeping the finished image natural and true to the moment.
Host
The finished work is organized, backed up and presented through infrastructure I maintain myself.
